Must have played the last 1000 games with the bird and getting quite bored of it, i need an opening just as risky, ideas?

i try with the bird to trade off the light squared bishop, as i find its better off than on, then look to sac the g pawn as quickly as possible. i looked at a few of yours seemed to be on the safer side..

why dont you cut a few balls off every game? 🙂

Hammerschlag may not be as risky as it looks. But, neither is the Bird.

i was looking at another bird game of yours and to 1...f5 you still do the same 2.e3. i think 2.e4! works good as youre proving the position cant be symmetrical. its getting a from's gambit a tempo up in the form of a pawn push you want to do anyways

I thought the games tended to be more positional in nature unless it's a From's gambit or reversed Leningrad Dutch or something.
