Subscriber playing too many games for challenge...

A couple of people who have tried to challenge me say they can`t because RHP says i`m playing more than 10 games, my maximum. I dont have a max game limit , and as a subscriber i have unlimited games,dont i? Can anyone tell me why this is happening .
