I decided to claim a victory over a game I'm playing which has been timed out for ages, but I get a message stating: "Suspended" and the game just stays where it was.
for the time being russ has suspended all timeouts because of the disruption of the new servers being bought in. you should be able to claim in around 2/3 days.
