the7tidlys (then graded 1300 something) reads the Blog and liked the idea
of the Bishop sac trap I discussed a few weeks back in the Evans Gambit.

hoededoe (then graded 2100 something) is obviously a non-reader and walked into it.

"Game finished and I won!! Woohoo!" Celebrates the7tidlys in the blog comments box.

I have a life long fan. Beware of the Blog. Don't read it at your peril.

A really great game. Black wasn't afraid to swap off material even though he had gambitted a piece and 16. ... e3 was a killer. Black probably saw it before playing 15. ... Nxd4.

    Yeah. Position after 16...e3

Compare developments. It's usually Black who lags behind in the big D in the Evans.

Schoolboy error. Serves me right for having two RHP windows open.

The Curse of The Planet GreenPawn has struck the Greenpawn.

Umm, I think it saw it. The idea was to pile onto f2. Anyways attack is the best form of defence so I keep attacking.
    A really fun opening indeed.
