And to make things balanced, here's not what to do as black: Game 468872White develops quickly but black wastes moves trying to push a bad position. 9b-Bg4xf3 is a reckless move when the black bishop is already threatened at c5. Black could have withdrawn the threatened bishop and reasserted a defence of the king on e7 instead of throwing away the bishop on a piece that isn't immediately in play.
Black may not win, but at least he'd have a fighting chance of defending the center and giving himself time to castle kingside. (in my humble opinion)

The white games is a good example of how the c5 pawn is a poison pawn. White SHOULD NEVER take it, move up your c file one square to protect the d-file pawn.
The Black game that was a tough one, white got out of the blocks fast and developed very well.
