Three fold repetition draw?

I was in a good position, but my email said my opp had taken my offer of draw but I don't recall offering one (I was playing via phone so could have hit wrong button!)

If I looked at the right game this can't be true. The last move was taking a piece so the position can't have arisen earlier.

In fact I think you might have inadvertently hit the "offer draw" button.
