If you look on "my games" you will see a little symbol of a skull next to any games that are out of time, clicking that will automatically claim a win on time for you.

The game is only one move old, I believe it's bin rather than skull - I could be wrong though.

Yes thats right, its a little bin symbol for games under 3 moves (sorry I didnt check the game) that means the game will be scrapped but no points will be awarded or deducted from either player.
