Timeout win by accident?!

I won a game against someone by timeout, but didn't claim the win as I had agreed to give him some more time to play. I'm absolutely sure that I didn't claim the skull. Somehow the win has been given to me anyway. What happened, and is there any way that I can get the game 'restored' so that my opponent can keep playing?

Drat. I don't mind claiming skulls where appropriate, but this guy had asked for extra time and I'd agreed. Thanks for letting me know.🙁
