I won a game against someone by timeout, but didn't claim the win as I had agreed to give him some more time to play. I'm absolutely sure that I didn't claim the skull. Somehow the win has been given to me anyway. What happened, and is there any way that I can get the game 'restored' so that my opponent can keep playing?

Nope. Tournament games time out automatically.

Drat. I don't mind claiming skulls where appropriate, but this guy had asked for extra time and I'd agreed. Thanks for letting me know.

What you can do if you are interested in continuation is to create a "set game" with the ending position of this one.
