Oiy, pulease. How about we talk about something else? Maybe we can look at one skeeter's games and analyze it? Break his game down, so to speak.

I suggest game id 363618.

[Event Gamma Grouped A (3 Day TO)]
[Site http://www.chessatwork.com]
[Date 2004.01.03]
[Round 2]
[White skeeter]
[Black Mephisto2]
[Result -1]
[GameId 363618]

1. c4 e5 2. Nb1c3 Ng8f6 3. Ng1f3 Nb8c6 4. g3 Bf8b4 5. Nc3d5 e4 6. Nd5xb4 Nc6xb4
7. Nf3d4 O-O 8. a3 Nb4c6 9. Nd4xc6 dxc6 10. d4 Rf8e8 11. b3 a5 12. Bc1f4 Bc8e6
13. a4 Qd8e7 14. Bf1g2 Ra8d8 15. O-O c5 16. d5 c6 17. d6 Qe7d7 18. Qd1d2 b6
19. Rf1d1 Be6h3 20. Bf4g5 Bh3xg2 21. Bg5xf6 e3 22. Qd2c3 Qd7h3 23. Bf6xd8 Bg2f3
24. exf3 exf2 0-1

It wasn't obvious to me just looking at it, but 25. Kh1 f1Q+ 26. Rxf1 Re2 and it's all over but the crying.

23. f3 was better. I have to say that the resulting combination really comes as a surprise.

I know what you're saying. White's postion kind of disintigrates when it looked like he had the advantage.

Explain the advantage, please. That was before move 1, no? (joking).
Besides that, doesn't this game rather prove that Skeeter knows when to resign, since it didn't seem that obvious?

I think the point was that we should talk about chess, not resigning/not resigning. Nice game by the way.

The checkmate is clear once you look at it for a moment. The disintegration of the position doesn't look that obvious. Clearly Bxd8 is a mistake, but I'm not sure how white saves his position even a few moves back. But the combination just came as a surprise (after Bxd8).

Nice game, man.

It is good to disagree and to argue
It is bad to throw mud and to make wild insinuations.
