    I checked out the position I reached with the king on the side of the board with that endgame tool and it says it is a draw after Ka4. That is what I thought.

    P.S. I just checked for the original position too. It lists every move possible as a draw. So I guess we can say without doubt that game should have been a draw with best play.

    50 moves plus the 16 moves that I used to get to my position is 66 moves and that 16 moves could probably have been more, because I did not try real hard to keep the black king from being forced to the side of the board. That original position is obviously one that the winning position can not be forced.
