What's wrong with books? (Not trying to be a pain, but it's much easier to recommend chess books than it is to recommend chess DVD's)

read online sites. lots of good free ones.

By the way, check the libraries for that dvd or others before purchasing. We have a great library system here and you can usually find some free chess stuff instead of buying them.
