Under 13 site?

I joined recently and in doing so noticed that the site was for 13 year old and above. I have a 9 and 7 year old that like to play with the 9 year old showing some real skill in the school chess club. Are there any sites similar to this site dedicated to that age range?

Just let them play here, they just say that because if someone says somthing bad you can't complain

There's actually a law in the US that you can't ask children under 13 for any kind of personal information online, which is why most sites ask whether you're 13 or above before letting you get any further.
