How about looking at some game, which wehere won by the (presumably) much weaker Player?

    e.g.

    Game 1216707

My favorite move is 22.Qe8!! - refusing to get even a pawn for the Queen.

At the time (2005) the players were equally rated. Some people learn from their mistakes.

Perhaps they were friends, and white gave black some winning points to build upon... I have often thought this over watching questionable play.

It's either that or they are very bad at sandbagging

Pawn hell, he could have gotten a bishop. It stinks of setup.

    Look at this: Game 8735604

Look at move 4, queen attacks rook, he could have done at least 3 separate defenses. But instead does Bg7? Doesn't that scream setup?

Ah, but that was back in the days before he discovered his magic analysis board.

He should write a book on how it helped him go from beginner to almost master strength in a few short months. It would be a best-seller. I for one would buy it.

Maybe he's bipolar and it all depends on whether you happen to catch him on the upswing or the downswing.
