How about looking at some game, which wehere won by the (presumably) much weaker Player?

e.g.

Game 1216707

My favorite move is 22.Qe8!! - refusing to get even a pawn for the Queen.

At the time (2005) the players were equally rated. Some people learn from their mistakes.

...and once they do, they never lose a chess game again. 😏

Perhaps they were friends, and white gave black some winning points to build upon... I have often thought this over watching questionable play.

It's either that or they are very bad at sandbagging

Pawn hell, he could have gotten a bishop. It stinks of setup.

Look at this: Game 8735604

Look at move 4, queen attacks rook, he could have done at least 3 separate defenses. But instead does Bg7? Doesn't that scream setup?

Ah, but that was back in the days before he discovered his magic analysis board. πŸ˜‰

He should write a book on how it helped him go from beginner to almost master strength in a few short months. It would be a best-seller. I for one would buy it.😲

Maybe he's bipolar and it all depends on whether you happen to catch him on the upswing or the downswing.
