Can a player show the vacation symbol for a long period of time but still make regular daily moves thus not giving his opponent the option to claim a win when he has timed out

yes, you can make moves on your vacation 🙂

Yes, but when he times out, because he is displaying the vacation symbol a timeout win is not possible

His vacation flag cannot last forever. Be patient. All subscribers have the same amount of vacation time per year.

Actually, normally you get 36 days a year. I joined and subscribed after 2007 started so I only got 30 days. If you subscribe now, you might get about 15 days or so, (actually I really don't know), so the best time to subscribe would be now. 😉

yeah, its 3 days a month, so if you werent here for 12 months youll get a reduced amount untill next year.
