Game 1306980 One of the best I've ever played. Sure, seems boring 'till move ten, but from there onwards the king is chased up and down left and right.
I saw the potential mate by move 10, and I don't think my opponent had any way of preventing it. Take a look 🙂

Nicely spotted that the bishop sac would work.

Have a look also at 14.Ne6+ fxe6 15.Qg6+ and 16.Qh7#

Nice job. I just ran the game through Chessmaster 10th for a quick analysis. After your opponent took your Bishop (11. ... g x h6), that was the point at which your opponent moved into a forced mate.

CM10 analyzed this way, and I quote:

"Black moves into a forced mate. Much better is Bg5. gxh6 leads to 12.Qg4+ Bg5 13.Qf5 Re8 14.Qh7+ Kf8 15.Qh8+ Ke7 16.Rae1+ Kd7 17.Bf5+ Re6 18.dxe6+ Ke7 19.Qg7 d5 20.exf7+ Kd6 21.f8=Q+ Qxf8 22.Qxf8+ Be7 23.Qxe7# and checkmate."

Again, nice job with the Bishop sacrifice. You actually managed to mate on move 22, instead of 23, which was nice.

Very nice way to finish it off...good job.

On move 18 you could have won by playing 18.Qf4. Black could try 18..Bg5 at which point you play 19 Qd4+ ..Kc3 20. Qd1++
