Good show! Here's one that I found by accident. I was playing for the ending, and the mate just sort of popped up!

Edit: OK,maybe this one does not count, as technically the mate would have occurred the next move and administered by a knight if he hadn't resigned. As usual, I got all excited and blundered before checking everything...
