I am a Sicilian player and I know almost all the 100 of variations. It's amazing what players will do to refute any kind of open and balanced Sicilian, strange moves I have seen white use on MOVE 2, in reply, and these are actually quite common in my games:
Bc4, e5, a3, d3, g3, etc. . .
And sometimes there are even stranger moves on moves 3,4,5 and 6!
