What is a club for in my case?

I have received a p.m to join one and also received a few invitations in the past few weeks to join a club. Seeing I'm not a paid up member would there be any benefit as I cannot play more than 6 games. I'm already playing in a tourney but can club membership take your games over the limit?

club games also take a game spot. Its just like any other games, and no it doesnt take it over the limit, you can only play 6 games at one time

If I had a credit card, I'd have registered already, but seeing how utterly bad I am with money, Id rather not get one.
