I oftenly find myself in weird lines, that I never played before and never heard of. But I dont really know how to get the advantage from the opponents bad move.
Here is an example. (Im black)
1.e4 e6 2. d4 d5 3. e5 c5 so far everything is normal. but then the opponent sticks in a weird Nc3
What is the best way to exploid this bad move?

I won't tell you what I would play here, it is better if you discover it for yourself.
Generally though if someone makes an unusual move you should ask yourself,
(a) what is the usual move here?
(b) by not playing the usual move, what opportunities has he left for me to take advantage of the position i.e. what can I now play which I would not have been able to play if he had played the usual move?
(c) what does his unusual move threaten?

Sorry to tell you but there is nothing wrong with this. If black now plays 5. ...... d6 we are into a standard line of the King's Indian Defence.
Black has other choices of course which will lead to very different set ups
