I don't think black can keep all of that tension, seems to me after a quick look that exd4 is the move, after that Bg4 looks good.

dxe5 Bxe5 Qxe5 Ne8 maybe? I still prefer exd4.
Actually, I just checked the board. I forgot black has a knight on c6
Replace Ne8 with Nxe5 and I like black. Yeah, I guess I like Bg4 then.
