Looks nice to me. You are buying it ? I own DGT XL digital clock (official FIDE clock) it has a lot of predefined time controls and you can set your own controls. Beside standard and Fischer controls there is dozen of strange ones I even do not understand.

Respectable choice. I as well really like it though I don't own one. I've played with it a couple of times in some competitions.

I don't much like the buttons on the mephisto, they're too small!

I use this one.

I love the Chronos clocks, especially the touch model for reliability....I run a high school chess club- they're unbreakable, even with teenagers regularly pounding them in blitz. I've seen them hit the concrete floor a few times and I had a kid spill a cup of water on one the other day- all were fine.
Other clocks have not faired so well.

as I also mentioned in another thread I found recently this:
http://www.getjar.com/products/11/ChessGoClock
and I think it is the best idea to have a decent chessclock with you all the time ready to go...not as good as a real one but good enough for me...

I do like the idea of barely touching the clock and it sends the move over to my opponent. One thing I was wondering about is how are the clocks paused and how do you set the time with so few buttons? is there somethig I'm missing?
