As a Sicilian Kalashnikov player, you do not play h6 or go down the rabbit hole of 4 .. e5 unless you want those sharp variations. Fischer favored the Najdorf, characterized by the moves 1.e4 c5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 cxd4 4.Nxd4 Nf6 5.Nc3 a6.
Here Tal played a6 rather than h6 as you did.

Hello Martin - It's doubtful that I'm qualified to comment on this specific game, since you play at a few levels above me but as a practical matter, you might consider trimming that game load of yours by about half. 50+ games is a lot to take on. A smaller game load will allow you the time for deeper analysis of each position which should produce some higher quality play on your part. 🙂
