Game 7197833

I don't see an immediate kill. I see the possible fork on king and queen if the minor pieces are gone, but what does GarGouille have that is so deadly? Congrats to GarGouille anyway for defeating a guy rated almost 2300, Gar is 2000 or so.

Makes you wonder what is going on, eh. So what about the game I posted?

The earthling may have resigned in order to get a silver medal.
The earthling may not have made the podium b4.

can always PM him.. I've done that on several occasions (twice, I think), both 2200+ players in question were rather kind and did get back to me explaining why...

Curious. White is the only one with activity though and the rook moves has reduced both bishops to almost spectators. Maybe qd1 qh5 together with nb5 leaves too much grovelling to bother with. I know I would have grovelled a bit longer though.

I don't see bad play reminiscent of a 5-year old in the first game - why he resigned is a mystery to me
