1. Bd7 Nxh8
2. Nxe6+ Kf7
3. Nxc7 Rxh7
4. Nxa8 Bxd7

White wins a queen, rook and bishop for a queen, a rook and a pawn.

Perhaps I'm missing something here.
1. Bd7 Nxh8
2. Nxe6+ Kf7
3. Rxg7 Kf6
4. Nxd5 Ke5

and then I think it's better to take with the e-knight, but either way you end up with a rook and pawn up against a minor piece, and the black king lost in the centre of the board.

Edit: I see the error of my thinking. Thanks.

For some stupid reason all I saw was Qxg8. Even though you typed qxg7 and I replied to qxg7 I was thinking Qxg8... Strange...😕

1. Bd7 Nxh8
2. Nxe6+ Kf7 or Ke7, it matters not
3. Rxg7+ Kf6
4. Nxd5+ Ke5
5. f4+ Ke4
6 Ng5#

Beautiful mating net with the knights doing most of the work.
