He means he doesn't understand why Black took the perpetual checks. Rc8 leads to a winning game. What makes this especially odd is the huge difference in rating beyween the two players. WHy would a player with a rating above 1900 be satisfied with a draw against an 1100?

I agree about the rating diffrence, Black should have had no problems wrapping things up, I was just wondering why it took so long to claim a draw
