At the end of this game there is insufficient material for either side to win, so why would black resign?
It couldn't be, could it, that this was a tournament game and that now both players progress to the next round? - surely not.

Perhaps for the same reason why white resigns in game Game 459976 despite having uncoverable mate in two.

there was a whole thread full of stuff ... i believe it has been addressed and is being dealt with appropriately.
