Its a stalemate, the black king can't move without moving into check, so the game is called a draw. 🙂

White made the last move and black is not able to move his last piece (The King) anymore.
So since black can't move anymore and it's not checkmate, it's a technical draw.

So, if you get a stalemate at 5 past six in the evening it is a win, but 10 past six is a draw?
