Resign unless you think that position is hopeless; don't resign that early in the game since maybe your opponent may blunder too

Why did he resign a game that was only 1 move in? Just use the garbage can to delete the game!!

He might be running his two accounts at same time. He might resigned from one to give rating benefit to other.

Ratings are not affected before third move. No reason for implicit accusations here.

Or maybe he just doesn't know how to use the site yet? 😛
