I don't know about lowest rated, but I lost a game on gameknot that I should have won. Bad part about it is that I work with the guy and will be hearing about it all week about how he owned me in chess and I really just owned myself.

Do draws count? Once in an OTB tmt. (I was rated around 1700 I think) I lost the first round to a 1400. My second round opponent was rated 800 and I could only draw.
