Planet Chess sounds familiar doesn't it guys?
I got 7 for you personally!:
Winning Chess Seiries by Gm Yasser Seirwan.

Hey don't knock planet-chess. It's chock full of useful information. Just consider the little nugget I mined from an article called "10 tips that can seriously improve your chess":
2. Know the values of your pieces. Consider carefully any time that you think about giving up one of your pieces to your opponent.
Now that I know this, I'm sure my rating will take off like a rocket!

Go to planning link. See the little caption underneath?
Thanks to ____ for these great articles.
Guess who made him put that there? Credit has to be given and stealing material from other sites to make up your own site, Low.

I think (at least I hope) that he was being a little sarcastic with that post. Piece value is one of the first things you learn when your Dad/Grandad/Uncle/Coach teaches you the game.

Where's security when you need them? Security!
Originally posted by RahimKNo I really didn't know. I thought each piece had a value of 1. Thanks to chess-planet I now understand why I never win any games. Furthermore, now that I use chess-planet, I find that my laundry comes out brighter and whiter...
