So hard to come up with a hard one.

I cop out on the choice of new letters - find a "word contains" page and type in any random bunch of letters. Too many results try again. Too few results try again. If there's just two or three words I recognise as everyday English that's a good result. (Mustn't look at that page when solving, of course.)
