You have as many straight sections of fence as you need, all the same length and impossible to bend.

You want to build a series of fences such that each fence contains the previous fence in the series. Furthermore, you want the number of fences in the series to be greater than or equal to the number of sections on the final (outer) fence in the series.

    Q1: Is this possible?
Q2: If it is possible, what is the minimum size of the outer fence?

Also for the purpose of this problem we define a fence as a single closed loop made of fence sections such that every section attached to the fence is part of the loop and, when viewed from above, the fence does not cross itself.
