You are right, the answer I pm'd was wrong (missing the check). I didn't look any further because I got the answer confirmed by the initiator. Now I join the puzzled ones .... and my apologies to you all.
i apoligize for the mishap.
you are correct it puts the king in check
but i ment to put the 2 killed knights on the king side and the pawn infront of the queen (not king) should e moved up
the puzzle still works but the king is not in check

Do you mean: 1.Nf3 d5 2.Ne5 (or Nd4) Nf6 3.Nc6 Nfd7 4.Nxb8 Nxb8?
