2) Brother and Brother (The Kids)
3) Father and Son (twin 1 and son 1)
4) Father and Son (twin 2 and son 2)
5) Uncle and Nephew (Twin 1 and son 2)

I do think we have to do with two females and two males...judging by the names of everyone... Name the twins 1a and 2a, and their kids respectively 1b and 2b.

1) 1a is sister of 2a
2) 1a is aunt of 2b
3) 1a is mother of 1b
4) 2a is brother of 1a
5) 2a is uncle of 1b
6) 2a is father of 2b
7) 1b is niece of 2b
8) 1b is cousin of 2a
9) 1b is daughter of 1a
10) 2b is nephew of 1b
11) 2b is cousin of 1a
12) 2b is son of 2a

If you want to count 8 and 11 different because of sex-difference, then 12 different family relations.
