australia national flag, new zealand national flag, (
fiji national flag, tuvalu national flag (had to look up those two...)
sorry for spoilers), and hawaii state flag (only state flag in US that uses it)

Also, since the question didn't specify national flags, there's the White Ensign (Royal Navy) and Red Ensign (British Merchant Navy). And, I suspect, quite a few others.

Yeah ... loads.

What happens when the Union flag changes (as could/should happen when N.Ireland leaves)??

Probably all the commonwealth countries change (or not) but I suspect Hawaii would stay the same?
