How much weight can a human being support simply by gripping it with his sphincter?

45 pounds and don't ask how I know that!

The anal sphincter can squeeze surprisingly hard however it can't maintain it for very long.

Try it yourself, i bet you can't sustain maximum tightness for more than 30 seconds.
