poor men have it
rich men need it

fairly easy it is but the answer is kool

a) Rich men dont have "everything" right away, so even though they are rich, they might need to buy some (more) material things for their enjoyment.

b) If we talk about material things only, they might have everything, but what about other things like ummm love or happiness or so?
