This link is proported to show Antarctica is losing more fresh water
ice than snowfall can make up, losing 30 times the annual usage
of water in Los Angeles per year. Sea level are on the rise for sure:

There might be a little bit of a "poser" here. So how much has the ocean level gone up due to all this melting? Should I be runnin' for high ground?

Actually there is a small bunch of islands, Vanatu, I think, may be
wrong on the name, anyway, they are the first people on earth to
be actually losing their land to rising sea levels, it is said the whole
island will be underwater in another ten years or so. The correct
spelling is Tuvalu.
