Well, cutting the hair of three Canadians will get him three commissions and three tips, if he's lucky. Cutting one New Yorker will get him charged with assault at the very least 😛!

The one and only correct answer is:

The New York hairdresser had nothing against New Yorkers and has no particular love of Canadians. He charges everyone the same price for one haircut ....... 🙄
