Unless, of course, you forget you are talking about religion instead of something else. Besides the "speeds" of the capitals wouldn't match up anyway.

But..

The earth is moving at the same speed anyway, and the dome is on top of itself, so when you are on top of it, since it's on the earth anyway, nothing,s gonna' change.

So...

As you can " ...[text shortened]... ou are pointing in the first place, as long as you know what you are doing.
I think it's SVW.

Kinda reminds me of the time I had an interview with George Adamski (google him) and he said, Nasa called me in to fix one of their satellites, plasma was destroying it but I knew that already. Oh, if you want to hear the 'music of the sphere's, the aliens are broadcasting it on 168 megacycles'. True story. Freaky but true. What do expect for southern california near Mt. Palomar?

I have asked this question in debates and spirituality but gotten no response:
Muslims have to pray in the direction of Mecca so how do you do that if you are in orbit around the earth? The direction to Mecca changes so fast I don't see how that could be done.
I read in my newspaper this morning the following information. (I translate it from my best)

Malaisia, a muslim country, will sent an astronaut in space in 2007 within the Soyouz spaceship. A lot of questions are now asked about the problems given by the religion: how to pray 5 time/day in front of Mecca? How to do the traditional ablutions before the prayers? A group of "oulemas" and scientists did find some solutions. A software, for example, is able to calculate the direction of Mecca from outterspace.

I hope it will help you with this terrible problem of praying in space...

😉

One of the Muslims here said they can bend the rules for extraordinary circumstances and this has to be one of them.
So the answer apparently is just do it, don't worry where your butt is pointed.
