two fathers and two sons go into a hotel. the hotel romms cost \$10 each. they each get a room but only pay \$30 and they werent given a discount. why did it only cost them \$30?

Ahh..there have to be three people, since they pay \$30, so what you say is of no consquence, since it would imply that only two people came.

I suppose grandfather, father, and daughter would do it (two fathers, two sons.)
