Just make some random black moves until you can capture the queen. See what goes wrong, then change those formerly random moves to moves that resolve the problem.
i've gotten to the position in 25.5 moves but i have no idea how to shorten it. also a lot of my moves are interchangeable so i'm sure i'm missing something here

How many moves are you using for each white piece?
