in fact i think most of what you DECRYPTED is wrong ..... no offense but the 3rd word user has 5 letters in the cryptoquote so thats just another word

But 2 smileys represent the letter R, as there isn't 26 smileys the whole aphabet cannot be represented unless some are used in conjunction with others
