Two move chess

The similar thread reminded me a a chess variant where each side gets two moves each turn. The piece/pieces that are moved are irrelevant and the goal is to actually capture the enemy king. White obviously has a winning advantage. What is his quickest win. Post some lines and I'll try to refute them.
