This is my first chess problem. Or better to say first harder one, others I constructed were either too easy or had few different solutions. This one is finally OK. :-)
And please, try without Fritz for at least few minutes.

    Any comments would be appeciated.

That is incorrect. Black plays Qg4 and you are mated. :-)

Here is a little hint: first few moves are forced due to the mate threat on g4.

Lol, what a pathetic patzer you are. And lazy too, you could have at least checked with Fritz that your answer is not correct. Actually it loses, and you have to win. ROFL

so you are saying that (?) question mark is a losing move? I use it all the time when i am looking for forced mate. Who are you to tell me that ? is a bad move. After i play 23 ? it follows 23... ?. Then it transposes to ?! via 24 ?!#. Thus mate is forced.

How long did it need to find all the moves?
Fritz finds it in like 10-15 secs but it takes him maybe few more seconds to see all moves. :-)

Well since axb loses to Qg4#, what about 23 axb+? Capturing the pawn... WITH TEMPO!

    Wow, 10 minutes!
5th move is hardest one to find, right? (just to check if your solution is OK)

Yes. Actually after b4, cxb4 is my main line, cause then idea of b4 is seen.

    So the solution goes: 1.a7+ Ka8 2.cxb7+ Kxb7 3.a8=Q+ Qxa8 4.Rxa8 Kxa8 5.b4! cxb4 6.d4 (stops black's knight from giving check on e5, after Nxd7) b3 7.d7 Nxd7 8.h7 b2 9.h8=Q+ Kb7 10.Qh7
