EDIT: wow, mods this is probably something that should be looked into, I just searched 1800-1900's again and found that not only are the layers in that rating bracket included, but also many p1200's, what's this about?
Another EDIT: I figure that they are in the 1800's, but haven't played over 5 games, so this explains it...
