there are 450 at the moment, and only a very slow dribble of extra players coming in, so groupsize 8 will probably do.
if we get more than 512 players we will need to move up to groupsize 9.
9*9*9 = 729
so there is no way we will need to move to groupsize 10 - unless half of yahoo suddenly subscribes and russ gets to buy a new porsche.
