21/21 Tournaments

Just a suggestion - instead of having groups why not a one round all play all 32 (or even 64) player tourney. 21/21 provides plenty of time for moves and at least we would finish the tournament in one round.

Surely the dual tournaments are one against one in the first round, same in second round etc, etc?
