a question about Halloween 2005 Face Off Banded...

In this group there are a large number of players.

My question is how does the second round work?? (if I get through!)

Do the winners of a particular bands then go into another group so potentially a rating of 1200 could next be playing 1600+ ??

Anyone help?😕

So there is only one round and the player with the most points of that tournament wins??
