No. Just keep reading the Anouncement thread. It is normally anounced about two weeks before start

The Help pages don't say much about the Clan Leagues.

How many games does participation involve for a clan player?
In a division with 10 Clans, you get 18 games starting simultaneously?

yes, i don't know how the 1/7 players do it.

edit: 1 point for a draw 3 for a win just like a tournament.
